12wk beginner strength training program. This program is best for those just getting started in the gym!
Duration: 12 weeks
Cardiovascular workout: 1-2 times a week (15 to 30 minutes per session)
Strength Workout: 4 times a week (30 minutes per session)

Muscle Build $50 USD
16wk Muscle Build is for clients that have completed the "Intro to Fitness" program or for those that have been working out for awhile and are looking to grow in their fitness journey to put on some more lean muscle mass. The 16wk Muscle Build program is consisted of 4 blocks of 4 weeks. Each using a different method of progressive overload; pyramid lifting, super-sets, increased volume, and drop-sets. To become successful in this program you should plan to commit to 5 days of working out, leaving yourself with 2 rest days.

Monthly Customized Programming $225 USD

Nutrition Guidance $25 USD
30 Minute Nutrition Guidance. Will go over how to track and log meals. As well as information on macros (Proteins, Carbs, and Fats) and how they are important to your fitness success.
Nurse Coaching
1-1 video or audio calls with our Board Certified Nurse Coach. With over 10yrs of experience as a registered nurse (BSN,RN) who has completed specialized training and achieved board certification (BC-NC), demonstrating her expertise in nurse coaching and holistic health practices. She can help guide and support you in achieving your health and wellness goals through personalized coaching, education, and motivational interviewing.
Hourly rate $60/hr
Packages: 6hrs/$300 (savings $60)
